A website or WhatsApp request is a request only. Your appointment is confirmed when Aghadir confirms the service, date and time.

Changes or Cancellations

Cancellation Fees

The website does not currently publish a general cancellation fee or fixed cancellation deadline. If a particular prepaid service, package, offer, voucher or special booking has different conditions, those conditions should be disclosed before payment or confirmation.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may affect available service time, room availability or staff availability because of appointments that follow. Contact us if you expect to be late so available options can be reviewed.

Payments and Refunds

Where payment has already been taken, any cancellation or refund is handled according to the conditions communicated for that purchase and applicable consumer requirements.
